How to find your bra size

STEP 1
 
A) While you are wearing a non-padded bra, use a tape measure to measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape in a straight line across your back. This is measurement ‘A’.
 
B) Use the tape measure to measure around your ribs where the bottom of your bra is. This is measurement ‘B’.

 STEP 2

A) Calculate the difference between measurements A and B.

B) Use the chart below to find your Bra Band Size with measurement B.

C) Find your UK Bra Size using your band size and the difference between A and B.

How to find your knicker size

STEP 1
 
High Waist Knicker: Use a tape measure to measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above the belly button, keeping the tape straight line across your back. This is measurement ‘C’.
 
Low Waist Knicker: Use a tape measure to measure around your hips at the top of the hip bone. This is measurement ‘D’.

STEP 2
 
A) Use the chart below to find your size, taking care to look for the knicker style you want, whether it is the high waist knicker or low waist knicker.

Please note that the High Waist Knicker tends to come up quite small, so we do recommend choosing the next size up.
