Founder and designer Rose Fulbright-Vickers started the Rose Fulbright label in London. She currently resides in Beijing with her husband, and works between the two capital cities.
"I started Rose Fulbright because I love sharing my creativity and vision with others. Design is a way of communicating, and I get the most fulfilment from seeing customers delight in my designs, knowing that they understand my artistic language."
Having grown up surrounded by her family of artists and creatives, Rose was encouraged to draw, paint and design from an early age. As a young girl, when her mother taught her how to sew, she moved on to designing items for herself, and by the age of 11, she knew she wanted to be a fashion designer.
Rose's formal design education started in Paris, where she lived for two years studying at the Parsons School of Design, earning a foundation art degree, and studying couture sewing techniques.
After, she moved back to England to study costume design at the London College of Fashion, where she earned a First Class Honours Degree.
Rose's family heritage has greatly influenced her design tastes and company values. Read about her family heritage here.
